About
I began my writing journey as a teen scribbling fanfiction in a battered notebook I've long since burned to ashes. As the eldest daughter of Mexican immigrants who wanted me to excel in school, reading was highly encouraged. But my parents could've never predicted the hold it would have on me. Oops.

Creative Writing classes in high school and college fueled my dreams, but life got in the way of publishing for the next fifteen years. Until the Covid pandemic ... Fast forward to 2023, and the words start pouring out once again!

A big city export, I live in a tiny mountain town in eastern Oklahoma surrounded by a menagerie of dogs and children with my husband who happily goes along with every wild dream.
